It meanders southwest to flow through Manada Gap, Pennsylvania creating a water gap through Blue Mountain. The creek continues through West Hanover Township in Dauphin County, passing through forests and agricultural farmland. Here, it enters the border between East Hanover and West Hanover townships. Walnut Run joins Manada Creek throughoutthe eastern border East Hanover Township.
